Business Water Efficiency Progam - We are currently in the grip of the worst drought on record and water restrictions are required throughout South East Queensland that require businesses to significantly reduce their water use.  We have implemented a watersense program which is designed to help our business conserve water. 

We are pleased to announce that we have recently received the AAA Tourism Green Stars rating for an Environmentally Friendly Property and are continuallly striving to reduce our impact on the environment.  We have introduced energy and water saving options throughout the property and we encourage water efficient behaviour. These include:

• Lighting - Energy efficient light globes
• Rooms are totally smoke free
• Linen - No change option
• Key tag switches turn power off when room unoccupied
• Ventilation available through windows or balcony doors
• Water saving shower heads
• Office - paper and printer cartridge recycling
• Dual flush cisterns fitted
• Towels - No change option
• No sanitised paper seals on toilet
• Waste separation/recycling areas well maintained
• Regular maintenance of pool treatment chemicals
